For the second year in a row Kendall Jenner, with his 22.5 million dollars, won the gold medal for the highest paid model of 2018. Already last year he had beaten the competition stealing the scepter to the wonderful Gisele Bündchen, on the podium for over 15 years.
Out of the podium, we find the super Gisele Bündchen, who shares the fifth position with colleague Cara Delevigne. Both this year, they earned 10 million dollars. The sisters Hadid, Gigi, and Bella receive respectively the seventh and the eighth position. The first with 9.5 million dollars earned, the second 8.5 million. Also, the Puerto Rican model Joan Smalls has received 8.5 million dollars this year.

But what about in 2019?
There are many trends and icons to keep an eye on for 2019.
Overseas, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago is the first to dedicate a retrospective to one of the most eclectic stylists of recent seasons, Virgil Abloh, while, always eagerly awaited by the people of fashion, the exhibition at the Met in New York. As always, the gala opening of the exhibition, the coolest fashion red carpet of the year.
2019 is also important for a Made in Italy style lighthouse in the world: Giorgio Armani blows on 85 candles. While the icon doll par excellence, Barbie, increases its success: for her celebrations and collaborations throughout the year that already begins in the name of the rose. Pantone has also decreed that Living Coral, a warm and vibrant shade, will dye the shopaholic wardrobe for the next twelve months. It is the color 2019.
In the summer Gucci will debut in the high jewelers, opens a new chapter for the Florentine fashion house.
Finally, Fila, the brand at the feet of all the influencers of the Planet, collaborates with the Danish designer Astrid Andersen for a collection of tasty Northern European.
